The bluemonday-space team is a multi-disciplinary force drawn from some of our key senior recruitment personnel. Our team members come from different complementary sectors so we can adopt a “think outside the box” approach to aerospace recruitment.

As a result, not every candidate we place has necessarily worked in the aerospace industry before, but they can still bring their unique skills to it.

In keeping with the bluemonday philosophy, our Directors are hands-on, overseeing every major assignment personally to ensure our clients, candidates and contractors receive the very best out of the recruitment process, at all times.
